There is no official rank for “number one in ChatGPT.” A useful report counts events you can point at. Qureoon keeps four of them apart. Mixing them is how an agency sells a screenshot as a pipeline.

Mention

The brand name appears in the answer. No link required. A mention can be wrong. The note should say whether the description of the company was accurate.

Citation

A URL is attached to the answer. Record the URL. Your homepage and a blog post are not the same citation. A citation of a competitor is a finding, not a failure to hide.

Referral

A visit in analytics from an AI product, when the product sends a referrer you can recognize. Many do not. Absence of a referrer is not absence of a citation. Say so.

Lead

A person who can buy, and who replied. That comes from a conversation, often from outbound. It is not produced by being named in an answer.

  1. Fix the question list before the first readInformational, technical, commercial, and the brand’s own name. Examples: what AEO is, how a site gets cited, which firms do this work, what Qureoon does. Write them down. Do not add questions after you see a flattering answer.
  2. Write the conditionsDate, product, whether search was on, language, and country if the product has one. Answers move. A second test on another day is a new row, not a correction of the first.
  3. Repeat on a scheduleCore is monthly. Scale is every 14 days. Authority is weekly. The schedule is the product. A single afternoon is not.
  4. Use the webmaster tools you already haveGoogle Search Console for crawl and queries. Bing Webmaster Tools, including its AI performance reports where the property is verified. Server logs if the host will show OAI-SearchBot. None of these are a ChatGPT rank.
What this site has not claimed

Qureoon has not published a client win on this website. The proof page stays empty of logos until a client agrees to a dated record. A baseline for Qureoon’s own name is the same method: ask the questions, write the date, do not treat one session as a position.
